This service is required for all first-time clients and clients returning after 6+ months. This extended appointment is designed to get to know your hair, discuss your goals, assess its current condition, and create a personalized plan for maintaining healthy hair. YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES: In-depth consultation + hair history, hair + scalp assessment, customized shampoo experience, customized treatment based on your hair’s needs, therapeutic steam, relaxing scalp massage, essential oil aromatherapy, detailed haircut or trim, personalized home-care + product recommendations, and your choice of Silk Press, Wash & Go, Rod Set, or Blow-Dry Finish. Please select your desired finish when booking. DEPOSIT POLICY: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your New Client Experience and will be applied toward your remaining service balance.

This service includes a customized shampoo and conditioning experience, blow-dry, and thermal styling for a silky finish with body and movement. Please note: A Trim is required if it has been more than four months since your last professional trim. Clients who have not visited Naturally Lacey within the past 6 months must book a New Client Experience.
