My goal is to provide personalized care, education, and beautiful results while helping you maintain the health of your hair and scalp. NEW CLIENTS: All first-time clients are required to book a **New Client Experience**. These extended appointments allow time for a personalized consultation, hair and scalp assessment, customized care, and styling based on your individual needs and goals. Choose your experience based on your desired finish: **Silk, Curls, or Haircut.** ESTABLISHED CLIENTS: If you’ve received a service from me within the past 6 months, you may book directly from the Established Client Services menu. RETURNING AFTER 6+ MONTHS: Welcome back! If it has been **6 months or longer** since your last visit, please book a New Client Experience so we can reassess your hair, scalp, and current goals before returning to regular maintenance services. Cancellation Policy
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, I RESPECTFULLY REQUEST A 48 HOUR NOTICE.
CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULES WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN A 50% CANCELLATION FEE.
NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGD FOR 100% OF THE SERVICE THAT WAS SCHEDULED.
